    Erez Safar | Founder + CEO

    Bancs Media Founder and CEO, Erez Safar a.k.a. Diwon (pronounced dee-wan) is an LA-based creative machine producing video, music and art that pops in a world where popular styles have been left in a state of static. Safar has been featured in countless publications and TV programs including the New York Times, BBC and CBS. His businesses have been item--team-memberd in The Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg Business Week, Time Magazine, and on NBC. Safar is the producer of the extremely successful annual Sephardic Music Festival, devoted to producing and developing dynamic multicultural artists and interactive media, in New York City and Los Angeles and the co-founder of Gallery 38 a creative art space and art gallery in Los Angeles which he curates with Badir McCleary of ArtAboveReality. As a producer, Safar has been dubbed a "buzzmaking beatsmith" by The DJ Booth, URB noted that "Diwon is something else...in a profound kind of way". Safar is "producer as auteur as every track takes you through the emotional space of the artist, like Kanye or Godard."

    Doni Schwartz | Sales & Marketing Partner

    Doni Schwartz is the Sales and Marketing Partner for the Studio Bancs and Bancs Media arm. He is a management consultant who has 8 years of Media and Entertainment experience that includes many large strategy and financial transformation projects, business process re-engineering, cost optimization and information systems implementations. His recent experience includes working for multiple global media and entertainment companies on corporate finance, technology and digital media projects performing process reengineering, system implementations and cost optimizations. He developed the unique StudioBancs strategy and business model for pairing clients to their preferred venue and has taken on numerous clients in the areas of PR, Publicity and Digital Marketing.

    James Coleman | A&R | Producer | Singer-songwriter

    With over fifteen years writing, producing and performing, most notably with Maverick Records and Warner Brothers, James Coleman has toured and performed internationally and has licensed songs for commercials, compilations, and various film projects. As one half of Bonhom, his infectious dream-pop band with Diwon, Coleman crafts songs that defy genres and labels blending elements of folk, pop, hip hop, edm and rock.

    When Coleman isn’t busy producing and developing talent for sync and commercial release, he finishing his next singles under the name Sirkin and scouting talent to develop for the Bancs Music family.

    Music is Coleman's cathartic passion and his way of communicating love, art and spirituality. Mere words can be misconstrued, but lyrical content with sound delivers much more than a simple conversation, it delivers energy.

    Alison Graham | PR specialist

    Bancs Media is excited to introduce Alison Graham, a PR specialist with experience, connections, and a keen ability to turn the dreams of our clients into realities. She brings 16 years of know-how to developing, designing, and executing dynamic and innovative media campaigns for personalities, authors, experts, corporations, non-profit organizations, products, brands, and events. Alison is known in the industry first for her sophisticated grasp of client, consumer, and media needs and additionally for the unparalleled charisma, creativity, and commitment she brings to her work. Her extensive and broad reaching list of press contacts enables her to consistently obtain top-tier, prominent media placements for our clients. A classically trained dancer and actress, Alison performed with distinguished ballet companies and theatre ensembles in the United States, France, and Great Britain. She received her B.A. in Romance Languages and Literatures from Princeton University and has degrees from the Sorbonne and the Central School of Speech and Drama, London.

    Rina Lankry Perkel | Producer

    Rina Perkel began her career in production at MTV Networks where she worked in the News and Music Programming Department, contributing to major productions like the Divas Shows and Vh1 Vogue Fashion Awards. She also explored the news world, working with Anderson Cooper at CNN and NBC's local morning talk show in Florida where she completed her Broadcast Journalism degree at FIU. Rina's passion for communication and learning led her to explore the world of education by attending a year of graduate studies in education at Tel Aviv University. She has also been teaching Kabbalah for over 10 years and has produced a documentary on Kabbalah which will be released summer 2014. She comes to Bancs Media with a talent in fusing media, technology, and education to produce videos that make a meaningful, positive impact in the world.
